Return/Exchange Policy

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge only once per order.
  1. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability of the service in your area pincode. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment then you may have to send the shipment back to the company address at your own cost. 
  1. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the product tags are removed or the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  1. We attach a non-breakable security tag on each of our garments. Please do not cut this tag until you have decided to keep the product. Once cut, no exchange or return can be done for that product under any circumstances. Refer the given video for clarification click here.
  1. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
  1. Once a return request is placed, it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.
  1. After pick-up, it usually takes 7 working days for the product to reach us back. 
  1. Once your return package is received, we will notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the product has been inspected by our QC team.
  1. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your source of payment in case of prepaid orders and in case of COD a payment receiving link will be provided.
  1. COD charges are Non-Refundable.

  1. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platforms.
  1. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  1. Exchange will be provided only for size or color change.
  1. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, any further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable only upon payment of two way shipping charges of Rs 300/- in advance.
  1. We request you to not accept the package if you feel it was tampered at the time of delivery. Also, under no circumstances share the OTP number with the delivery agent before receiving the package to your satisfaction.
  1. We recommend you to make an unboxing video for all purchases for ease in return, exchange and claims.
  1. We may at any time alter or restrict selected items from return and exchange depending on the offers being run without prior information.
